1. Eligibility for Returns

- All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order abayas are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Authorization
- All returns must be pre-approved by Abaya Hues.

- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender with any associated shipping costs borne by the customer.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned items.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error by Abaya Hues.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
- All exchanges require prior approval from Abaya Hues and are subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or sizing errors are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

- Abaya Hues will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to Abaya Hues’ error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as Abaya Hues is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-refundable unless defective.
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective).
8. Right to Refuse
- Abaya Hues reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
