- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error by Abaya Hues.
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items and are subject to stock availability. Exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact where applicable.
