2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared so you can follow its journey.
3. Made-to-Order Pieces
If and when made-to-order or customized pieces are introduced, additional processing time may be required. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected delivery method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping through a minimum order amount or promotional offer, the original shipping cost covered by Abaya Hues may be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. In such cases, additional fees may apply.
8. Failed Delivery / Refused Packages
If an order is refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts or unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
If the order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost covered by Abaya Hues may also be deducted from any eligible refund.
