1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping & Delivery

3. Made-to-Order Pieces
If and when made-to-order or customized pieces are introduced, additional processing time may be required. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page.
4. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping within the UAE is complimentary on all orders.
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over AED 750, for international deliveries.
For reference, AED 750 is approximately £150 GBP · $200 USD · $280 CAD · ₦275K NGN. Currency equivalents are approximate and may vary with exchange rates.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping through the minimum order amount or a promotional offer, the original shipping cost covered by Abaya Hues may be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. In such cases, additional fees may apply.
8. Failed Delivery / Refused Packages
If an order is refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts or unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred remain the responsibility of the customer.
