1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Abaya Hues. By accessing this website or purchasing products from Abaya Hues, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.

 

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
  • Abaya Hues reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
  • Prices are primarily in AED but may also be displayed in GBP, USD, CAD, or NGN depending on your selection; prices may include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be completed in full via approved payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, or online gateways).
  • Abaya Hues is not responsible for third-party transaction errors or bank processing delays.

 

3. Product Information & Availability

  • Product images, colours, and descriptions are for reference only; minor variations may occur.
  • Abaya Hues does not guarantee continuous availability of any product.
  • All specifications, dimensions, and designs may change without prior notice to improve quality or design.

 

4. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Abaya Hues is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods at the designated delivery location.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items, within 7 days of receipt. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
  • Authorization from Abaya Hues is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error by Abaya Hues.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items and are subject to stock availability. Exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors are not permitted unless explicitly approved.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, logos, and product designs on this website are the property of Abaya Hues.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
